Pathway Events 2017 Print

On Friday 16th June, in John O'Sullivan Park (Lees Road, Ennis), St. Francis Credit Union Clare Community games were delighted to offer children the opportunity to compete in a number of Pathway Events, which are confined to the County only. If enough counties/areas participate in the events they may then go forward to the National programme.

Clare Community Games Events 2017 Print

The St Francis Credit Union Clare Community Games calendar for 2016/2017 season is presented below, along with all results from the season. Please note that all dates and venues are subject to change. Closing dates are normally 2 weeks prior to initial competition date. Entries must be submitted to County prior to closing date using the On-Line Registration System (ORS).  Competition entry fees (€2 per participant) should be paid every 1-2 months with details recorded on the County Event Entry Form - this can be posted with cheque payable to "Clare Community Games" to Treasurer, or brought to the monthly county meeting. All areas participating must be affiliated and have their fees paid before taking part in any county competition. This is also a requirement for insurance purposes. The deadline for areas to affiliate was 15th January. Areas which do not affiliate before the deadline will not be able to participate in Community Games competitions during 2017.

Area AGMs 2016 Print

No sooner the season is over, it is that time of the year again when all areas should be holding their AGMs. The County AGM took place on Tuesday 1st Nov in the West County.  All areas should send representatives to the County Meetings.  Details of various area AGMs which are taking place county wide are listed below. To get your area AGM details listed below, please email Website Administrator.

We look forward ahead to a great 2017 season with our sponsors, St. Francis Credit Union. It is very important that parents of children participating in Community Games get involved in their area's activities and we would encourage parents to attend their local area AGMs. As we all know "Volunteers don't get paid, not because they're worthless, but because they're priceless" - volunteer in Community Games and get involved in the health and well being of your family and your community!

Please note that Area Contacts are listed on this website. If area contact details have changed since area AGM, please Contact Us with updated details.
