Family registration is now underway and families will be notified shortly. Eur 10 per child or Eur 20 per family. This covers insurance, affiliation, competition entry fees and medals for all events for the 2012 season. Registration can be done at any of the local events or by contacting any member of the committee. Further information and a family registration form are available for download here.

Draughts training takes place weekly on Thursdays from 7:30 to 8:30 pm in SMB school in preparation for competition in Tulla on 25 Feb.

Project Competition - 15 Feb 2012

The Sixmilebridge/Kilmurry Community Games Project competition was held in SMB School Hall on 15 Feb. Many thanks to co-ordinator, Mary Larkin, and judges Stephen Ryan and Catherine McInerney. There was a great turnout.

Under 11 - Create your Own Country

1st  Remi Onakoya, Karolina Mostowa and Amber Fox.
2nd  Eli O’Sullivan and Conor Morey.
3rd  Conor Maxwell and Sinead Cahill.
4th  Ben McSherry, Luke Keogh, Óran O’Reilly and Eoin Morby.

Under 13 - How can Ireland utilise its natural resources

1st  Cliodhna Ryan and Rachel Kennedy.
2nd  Laura Barnowska, Julia Barnowska, Adam Carmody and Kuba Pawluczuk.

Art Competition - 18 Jan 2012

Well done to all children who took part in the art competition and many thanks to all National Schools and Teachers in the area who helped to facilitate this competition. The top two from each category competed in the County Finals in Ennis on 11th Feb.

Model Making - 18 Jan 2012

The model making competition took place in Sixmilebridge School and all competitors had great fun. Many thanks to Mary Fitzgerald for judging. Top two in each category go through to the County Final in Ennis on 11th Feb.

Handwriting - 18 Jan 2012

Well done to all children who took part in the handwriting competition and many thanks to all National Schools and Teachers in the area who helped to facilitate this competition. The top two from each category compete in the County Finals in Tulla on 4th Feb.
