County Volleyball 2012

The Clare Community Games volleyball competition, co-ordinated by Quin/Clooney, took place in Colaiste Mhuire, Ennis, on Fri 4th May.

About Volleyball

The Volleyball competition caters for both Boys and Girls in the Under 16 age group.

Competitors must be under the age limit on 31st July in the year of competition.

A volley panel consists 12 with 6 players and match is the best of 3 sets.

Full Volleyball rules are available on the Community Games website.

The winning team from each county progresses to the National finals at the first of the two weekends in August.

Volleyball

The Boys U-16 Volleyball team from Quin/Clooney won Silver medals in the Munster Finals at UL in July 2010: Luke Harrison, Sean Keane, Sean Shanahan, David Reynolds, Daniel Reddan, Colin Haugh, Ruadhan Dunne, Tadgh Corbett, Conor Clune.
